Booking & Date Change Policy
In case the guest wishes to prepone or postpone the travel dates, kindly inform us at least 15 days prior to the journey date through email or written communication.
Guests are allowed to prepone or postpone their tour one time without any additional charges, provided the request is made before 15 days of the travel date.
Any second request for date change will attract additional rescheduling charges.
Hotel & Transport Rescheduling Charges
Certain service providers such as hotels, transport operators, or activity vendors may apply postponement/preponement charges even if the request is made within the allowed period.
In such cases, the applicable charges will be deducted from the advance amount paid.
Subject to Availability
All prepone/postpone requests are subject to the availability of hotels, transport, and other travel services.
Package cost may vary depending on peak season, holiday season, long weekends, or off-season availability at the time of rescheduling.
Changes Within 15 Days
No changes or modifications to the travel plan will be accepted within 15 days of the travel date.
However, in exceptional situations such as adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions, the package may be postponed, and the same will be informed to the guest in advance.
Advance Payment Validity
The advance payment made towards the booking remains valid for 1 year from the date of payment in case of approved prepone/postpone requests.
Transfer of Booking
The booking, along with the invoice number and advance payment, is transferable to friends or relatives.
Transfer requests will only be accepted after fulfilling all the above terms and conditions.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability.

The company shall not be responsible for delays or cancellations caused due to weather, traffic, natural calamities, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
Payment Policy
A minimum of 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
Airfare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of actual booking, depending on airline availability and fare fluctuations.
For Domestic Tour Packages, 100% payment must be completed at least 4 days prior to the departure date.
For International Tour Packages, 100% payment must be completed at least 7 days prior to the departure date.
In case of cancellation, standard cancellation policies will apply. Cancellation charges may vary depending on hotel, airline, transport, and other service provider policies.
Failure to complete the full payment within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
All payments should be made through approved payment methods shared by the company only.

29 to 20 days before the date of departure
→ 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
19 days or less before the date of departure
→ 100% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
