Many famous battles in the history of India have been fought here between British and Gurkhas, battles fought by Sikh forces as well as hill chiefs. In the past, Dagshai was a barren land and was under the custody of the Maharaja of Patiala. It was later on given to British people to establish a cantonment area. It was the first church built in this cantonment area and highly praised for its interiors designed using wood. The flooring has been laid down using red colored stone. A statue dedicated to Mary Rebecca by her husband, crafted in Italian marble, is worth watching. Other attractions are a pond made in Red Stone and Gothic structures in the church.

Activities: Besides offering prayers to Lord Jesus, this church is visited for viewing its architectural brilliance and historical significance.
