Location: Kasauli Club is a famous halt in Kasauli region. It was founded in the year 1880 and is located in the Indian Army Cantonment area of the Solan district of Himachal Pradesh State.
Description: Kasauli club is a spectacular place to visit on your trip to Kasauli. The club has all arrangements for a comfortable stay, but only for its members. Kasauli club was known for the treasures it held in the form of ancient paintings, books and furniture collected from all across the world. However, the Club experienced its worst phase in the year 2001, when it was destroyed due to a fire accident. But after this the club was soon renovated to retain its actual glory. Modern furniture and artifacts have been used to replace the ancient furniture and other interiors and all this has given a new look to the Kasauli club.
Activities: The members of the club can spend leisure time in the club premises by indulging in a bunch of sports activities, like squash, tennis, cards and Billiards. One can take a walk in the outdoor lawn or spend time watching the natural surroundings. Pets are not permitted in the club. A famous event celebrated here during the months of May and June is Kasauli Night.
