The Anamudi Peak lies in the interior of the Eravikulam National Park, at a height of 2695 m, towering the sanctuary in grandiose pride.
This hill is home to a diverse group of flora and fauna and also possesses species of endangered animals. It is a natural habitat for many animal species, whose original abode is dense forests. Nilgiri languor, leopards, tigers, and macaques are commonly found here.
This is a perfect place for trekking as enough facilities have been arranged to go by foot to Anamudi.
