The Rajiv Gandhi Park is a recent establishment done by the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation, which presently serves as the entryway to the city and it has been named after him as a remembrance for the active role that he played in the development and betterment of the country in particular.
This park is preserved with due care and it captures attention of the visitors and welcomes them pleasantly with its motivating horticulture network. In addition to this it also comprises of a musical fountain and a small zoo that attracts tourists who come and enjoy their visit to the park.
