Also known as the Forsyth point, it gets its name from Captain Forsyth who discovered Pachmarhi in the year 1857. Priyadarshini Point is actually the same point from where Captain discovered the amazing Pachmarhi. Soon after it was discovered, the Britishers made it a resort. As a consequence of the colonial influence, you can notice the predominance of their culture in churches and other structures here.

It is a place from where you can have the panoramic view of the splendid beauty of Pachmarhi. The most spectacular view from this point is of the Handi Khoh gorge. Also, this point gives you an opportunity to catch a view of sunset. The peaks of Stapura region look beaming and sweltering, when the sun sets against the amethyst background of the surroundings.
