Description: Karste River is a tributary of the river Suru and flowing from the east direction, it raises from the Rangdum pass. On the shore of this river is a village named as Kartse-Khar. Karste River also results in the formation of a valley, called as Karste valley. It is a beautiful river and the surroundings of the river are scenic. Lush greenery and the beautiful valley make it a great place to enjoy the beauty of nature. Sankoo is a place loved by local people and tourists, because it is a very nice picnic spot and it also offers great view of the surrounding area.
