The Jaigad light house was developed in the year 1832. The Lighthouse is located in one of the bastions and the bastion is known as Siddha Buruj. This lighthouse is still working and it is situated on the western edge of the Jaigad Fort. The Jaigad lighthouse is spectacular and it has been braving the beatings of time at this very place since many years. Visitors can visit here from 4-5 pm all throughout the week, except on Sundays when it is closed.
