Kali Mandir is situated in Binnaguri, which is close to the banks of river Teesta and nearby Coronation Bridge. This temple is of great religious importance and the presiding deity of this temple is Goddess Kali. The temple manifests goddess Durga in the Kali form. Decorated with elaborate jewelry and loaded with sword and other fighting equipments, the idol of goddess has been given a special appearance. This temple is placed in the backdrop of scenic environment and the presence of abundant greenery and nice breeze coming from the Teesta River makes this temple a great religious destination and a cherished tourist spot. From the temple premises you can have a view of the Kanchenjunga peak, which is the third highest peak in the world. Thousands of devotees visit this temple every year and the festival time witnesses various shows and processions. The special festivals celebrated here are the Durga Pooja and Navaratri.
