Constructed in the year 1930, this bridge is also called as Sevoke Coronation Bridge and has been built over the Teesta River. It is positioned at the confluence of two rivers the Teesta river and the Rangeet river of the state of West Bengal. Having both historical as well as geographical importance, this bridge was built to mark the crowning of King George V. Situated near to Sevokeshwari Kali temple, this Bridge serves as a connecting link between Jaipalguri and Darjeeling.
