Vivekananda Rock Memorial is a symbol of beauty in its own. It is known to be the end point of India and located in the southern most part of India. It is located in Kanyakumari and is a separate island. This memorial was built very recently in 1970, in the memory of Swami Vivekananda. It is one of the top two rocks which are located 500 meters off this island. These two rocks have been located there since many years. Swami Vivekananda meditated on this rock for enlightenment and virtue. It is open 365 days a year. This place holds a special place as it was built in the memory of Swami Vivekananda.
