Observatory, Kerala

Set at a height of 60 m above sea level, near the Napier Museum is the Trivandrum Observatory, famous for enticing many tourists with its bird’s eye view of the entire city. It is one of the chief tourist attractions in Trivandrum.

Situated on a hill opposite to the Kanakakunnu Palace, its allure lies in the fact that it is the place where Travancore royal family used to entertain their guests. It now belongs to State Government.
