Jandri Ghat is a well known picnic spot; it is at a distance of 500 m from Subash Baoli. The main attraction of this place is a wonderful palace located in the middle of huge pine trees. Before Lord Dalhousie arrived in this place, the kings of Chamba used to administer from here. Various Shikar trophies can be seen in the palace. Besides the palace there are some other attractions in Jandri Ghat; the Ghat has great picnic spots, exuberant streams etc. This place is easily reachable by cab, bus or even on foot. The Round and Bakrotra hills are near to this place and are worth visiting. Bakrota hills situated at a distance of 5 kilometers from here present a beautiful view of some more snow clad peaks. Round is well known among the locals; basically it serves as a walling circuit throughout the hill.
