Sandwiched in between the popular Ashwem Beach and the Arambol Beach, Mandrem Beach is just a little slice of heaven, which many tourists explore Goa for. Located in the northern part of Goa, this beach is just the place for all those people who do not want to feel congested as some other tourist hotspots are liable to make them feel. A majority of the population at this beach are actually foreigners, who want to just sit and relax with the waves around their feet and the sun on their back. The price to be paid for this sense of isolation is that this beach has limited options, as compared to the other more commercial beaches, in terms of food and accommodation. However, there are a number of locals living nearby who do offer well maintained rooms with the latest hospitality features for rent at reasonable prices.
