Also known by the name Querim Beach, Keri Beach is approximately 30 km away from the Mapusa Bus Stand. Its white sands have been enticing visitors, fortunate enough to have experienced its beauty once, to return over and over. Most beaches of the state of Goa are known more for the constant crowds of tourists which throng to this tourist destination for their vacations. However, there are a lot of tourists who want take a break from the constant hubbub and just spend some quiet time with their own thoughts, which is where Keri Beach comes in. This beach has quiet ambience with the sounds of the wind sailing over the Arabian Sea and through the leaves of the swaying palm trees. This beach can be found just south of the river Tirekhol and north of the famous Arambol Beach with the Terekhol Fort easily visible from this beach.
