Location: The picturesque Pichola Lake is located besides the renowned Udaipur Palace. This is one of the oldest lakes which are present in the city.

Description: This Lake was built in the year 1362 by Pichhu Banjara. It was named after Picholi village, which lies in its vicinity. This lake extends to 2 mile in width and 3 miles in length and is 30 feet deep. The beauty of this lake attracts every person visiting Udaipur. The scenic surroundings add to the beauty of the lake, with the lush green hills making up for a perfect background. This lake is surrounded by different palaces, elevated hills, ghats and temples. The pristine blue waters leave a soothing impact on the visitors. From this lake, tourists can get magnificent view of the sunset, ending their day on a beautiful note.

Activities: People belonging to all ages can enjoy a boat ride at Pichola Lake. Tourists can witness beautiful reflections of the palaces that surround the lake.
