Description: One of the most popular lakes, Fateh Sagar Lake is considered as the pride of the city. This is the second most visited artificial lake of the city, with Jaisamand Lake being the first. This lake was built in the year 1678 by the ruling king, Maharana Jai Singh. However, it was named after Maharana Fateh Singh. Fateh Sagar Lake has been planned well and it has three intake channels. The lake is surrounded by a garden which comprises of a restaurant. Tourists can also enjoy a boat ride in the lake.
