The name of Anjuna Beach is well known to almost every tourist who has visited Goa even once. This beach is at a distance of approximately 18 km from the capital of Goa, Panaji and is one of the most active and widely visited tourist hotspots of the entire state. The beach is well known not only for the beautiful palm trees swaying in the wind and the soft, white sand but also for the many places to shop and party along its expanse.
