This memorial was constructed with the help of a public trust by Maharana Bhagwat Singh of Mewar. A life size statue of Maharana Pratap made out of bronze welcomes the visitors. The statue is balanced on the statue of a horse, which is believed to be the maharaja’s favorite horse. Tourists visit this memorial to pay homage to the hero, Rana Pratap and his faithful horse, Chetak. This statue has been pictured in different movies which has increased its popularity.
