How to Reach Vaishali

The city of Vaishali does not have a railway station of its own; however it can be accessed from the nearest railhead which is located in the city of Hajipur. This railway station is also known as the headquarters of East Central Railway Zone of India. Lying at a distance of approximately 35 km, this railhead has good connectivity with different metro cities of the country. Regular train services are available for the convenience of the tourists and some of the trains are Bihar Sampark Kranti SF Express, Saharsa Amritsar Garib Rath, and New Delhi Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express.



By Air

The nearest air terminal is present in the city of Patna at about 55 km away from the heart of the city. Regular flights help in connecting Delhi, Kathmandu, Lucknow and Varanasi with Patna. The Patna airport has good connectivity with other Indian destinations and helps the tourists to travel in a comfortable manner. From the airport, tourists can opt for taxi service to continue with their journey or they can even travel by bus.
