How to Reach Shirdi

With three main railway stations located in vicinity, Shirdi can be reached by the Kopergaon rail head which is the major gateway for trains operating from different parts of the country. It is about 16kms from Shirdi and operates regular trains from Delhi to Bangalore. Tourists can opt for Manmad station, which offers connectivity to Mumbai and Delhi. The recently constructed Sainagar railway station also runs one train between Mumbai and Shirdi.

By Air

The nearest airport to Shirdi is the Gandhinagar Airport at Nasik. Located 75kms from Shirdi, it connects Shirdi to all the major towns of India. The next closest airport is Lohegaon Airport in Pune, which operates international and domestic flights, thus connecting this city to the world. From here, you can board a bus or taxi to reach to the main town.

By Bus

Situated close to Pune and Mumbai, Shirdi is well connected to almost all the major cities in India. Adding to this is the good network of transportation facilities that assures a comfortable ride to this holy town. The city is located on the Ahmedanagar-Manmad Highway and is easily accessible via Nasik, Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune. To wander within the city you can hire taxis or cabs from the bus terminal.
