Day 1: Cochin > Munnar (135 km / 4 hr)
Our representative will be present at the airport or railway station of Cochin to escort you to Munnar, where you will come across winding lanes, magnificent tea plantations and picturesque towns. Incomparable holiday and trekking facilities will make your experience completely unique. While on the way you can visit refreshing waterfalls, such as Cheyyappara, Valara and Attukal waterfalls. Apart from these, a visit to Adimali and Pallivasal can also be enjoyed. After reaching Munnar town, you can check in the hotel and relax for the rest of the day. Overnight stay will be at hotel in Munnar.
Day 2: Sightseeing in Munnar
Sightseeing trip starts after the morning meal, covering a major portion of the city. You can visit all the major attractions which have increased the popularity of the region. Some of the important destinations are Echo Point, Kundale Lake, Photo Point, Mattupetty and Shooting Point. After having lunch, you can also visit the Blossom Park, Tea Museum and Pothenmedu View Point. After this exciting tour, come back to the hotel and spend peaceful night in Munnar.
Day 3: Munnar > Kumarakom / Alleppey resort stay (180km/4hr)
Traverse to Kumarakom/ Alleppey from Kumarakom after having your breakfast. Check into the hotel after reaching the beautiful city of Kumarakom/ Alleppey. Indulging in different tourist activities is easier as your have the option to try your hand at trekking, fishing and canoeing. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Munnar > Kumarakom / Alleppey houseboat
A drive to Kumarakom / Alleppey can be enjoyed after enjoying a delicious breakfast. Cruising through the inland waterways and backwaters can be an interesting experience. You can spend the night on the houseboat. While boarding from Kumarakom/ Alleppey, the check in time is 12 noon. Crew will welcome you with a non alcoholic drink and will give a brief introduction about the trip. Cruise starts at 12 noon and offers you an opportunity to relax and enjoy the backwaters. Sightseeing includes a visit to coconut lagoons, local resorts and paddy fields. You can also visit the bird sanctuary as travelling to the sanctuary is optional. Cruise stops for lunch and the menu is traditional Kerala cuisine. After lunch, the cruise starts again and passes through the Pathiramanal area. You will be served tea and snacks. Evening can be enjoyed with village walk and after dinner retire to your room for an amazing sleep. Next morning, a cruise to Kumarakom starts again and you would be dropped to boat jetty.
Day 4: Kumarakom / Alleppey > Kovalam (220 km / 5hr)
Kovalam houses a lot of attractions and after breakfast you can explore these. The most famous attractions of the area include, beach and Resorts. Enjoy the amazing ambiance at the Kovalam beach and witness the beauty of coral reefs. The magnificent underwater views experienced by undertaking snorkeling can be an everlasting memory. Enjoy overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 5: Kovalam > Trivandrum > Kovalam
Travelling to Trivandrum can be a fascinating experience along with visiting different attractions, such as Napier Museum, Shangumugham Beach, Sree Chithra Art Gallery and Padmanabhaswamy Temple. After the days tour, come back to the hotel in Kovalam.
Day 6: Departure from Cochin (275 km / 5hr)
After early morning breakfast, you will be transferred back to the Cochin railway station / airport.
