Location: Araku Valley is a beautiful hill station, which is situated at a distance of about 120 km from the city of Visakhapatnam. This hill station is located at a height of 3100 ft above the sea level in Anatagiri hills.

Description: Araku valley is regarded as one of the least commercialized and less populated tourist destinations present in the southern India. This beautiful valley is surrounded by different peaks, which include mountains such as Galikonda, Sunkarimetta, Chitamogondi and Raktakonda. Araku valley is popular for coffee plantation. In 2007, Araku valley launched India’s first organic coffee brand. This valley is renowned to house 17 tribal societies. Tourists, environmentalists and nature lovers like to visit this destination all around the year. At this beautifully valley, tourists can enjoy Dhimsa dance performances, which are considered as a specialty of the region. The tribal people dance on pleasing rhythmic tunes and present an amazing performance.
