The lithic records housed in the temple are the reason why people are drawn to this temple of Lord Vishnu. This temple is considered to be one of the most important shrines of Lord Vishnu.
Activities: Each year Onam festival, also known by the name of Onasadya, is celebrated here with great joy. A huge and lavish feast is organized and thousands of people, including the local folks and worshippers participate in the temple’s celebrations. The celebrations take place in the months of August or September.
