Kumbhalgarh – A treasured city of Rajasthan
Situated in the heart of Rajsamand District, located in the state of Rajasthan, is the amazing region of Kumbhalgarh. It lies in the southern corner of Rajasthan. Kumbhalgarh Fort is a proud symbol of the shining history of Rajasthan state. It was founded by Rana Kumbha back in the 15th century. Badal Mahal is another extremely popular tourist destination of Kumbhalgarh region. Badal Mahal is synonymously known by the title of “Palace of Clouds”. The Palace has two parts and these are Zanana Mahal and Mardana Mahal. Both these Mahals are interconnected.

Nature lovers and animal lovers can visit the Kumbhalgarh Wildlife Sanctuary. It is the only reserve where Wolves can be spotted along with Panthers, Four horned antelopes or Chausingas, Wild Boars, Sloth Bears, Jackals, Sambars, Chinkaras, Leopards, Hyenas, Jungle cats, Hares, etc.
