At a distance of 4 km from Devbagh lies the nearest railhead in Kanwar, which is connected to all the major cities of the country. Different trains, such as Trivandrum central-H Nizamuddin Rajdhani Express, Mumbai LTT-Kochuveli Garib Rath express and Poorna express help the travelers to cover their journey in a comfortable manner. From the railway station, tourists can take a ferry to reach Devbagh. However, tourists travelling in fast moving trains will have to take a bus from Goa, as those trains do not stop at this station.
Being a small place, Devbagh does not have an airport of its own. The nearest airport lies in the city of Goa at a distance of about 60 km. This airport is linked with all the major cities within and outside India. Tourists can also land at the Bangalore airport, which is another international airport and can then travel by road to reach this place.
Travelling by bus is considered as the best method to reach Devbagh. Lying at a distance of about 100 km from Goa, 300 km from Mangalore and 500 km from Bangalore, Devbagh is well connected with the help of roads. Regular bus services help the tourists to travel conveniently. The Kerala State Road Transport Corporation and various private deluxe buses connect this town to different cities. The fare charged for these services is reasonably priced. From the bus station tourists can either reach their destination on foot or can either take a taxi.
